Brittany is a Creative Director in Atlanta with 22 years of experience. She has worked on a wide variety of products and services ranging from international and national accounts to local design shops on select projects and in most mediums for the past 2 decades. Brittany’s specialty is building and implementing brands while creating systems that are easily adopted by everyone within an organization. Brittany has managed teams for agencies and clients of all sizes including: J. Walter Thompson, The Anderson Agency, Kimberly-Clark, Emory University, Freebairn Co., Universal Studios Florida, Beazer Homes USA, Scout Marketing, Porsche North America, Farm Rich, Shaw Industries, Dupont Chemical, Think Inc., Hilton Hotels and Elan Pharmaceuticals. Brittany graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 1993 with a degree in Visual Communications but attributes her true knowledge of time and space to the ‘old’ guys at the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).

Gib is a senior marketing executive with 28 years of experience. He has been a principal in 4 profitable firms, including several leading digital marketing agencies. In 1997, he sold his digital agency, Interweb, to Omnicom. His experience includes work for Fortune 100 through smaller businesses in the many verticals: major consumer package goods, IT/technology, healthcare, natural products, publishing, city and state government, and financial services. His client list includes IBM, McGraw-Hill, P&G, Pitney Bowes, BellSouth/ATT, Orkin, Rich Foods, Georgia State Parks, and Infor. Gib has held senior management positions in a number of marketing agencies, including: AnswerThink Consulting (NY), Omnicom/Think New Ideas (NY), Babbitt & Reiman/Artique (GA), SAI Marketing (PA), Scout Marketing (GA/CA), and DMP Advertising (GA). Gib graduated from UGA, 1986, BFA – Graphic Design.

CHRIS ELDER

PRINCIPAL + STRATEGY & ACCOUNT SERVICES

Chris is a digital strategy professional with more than 17 years of experience helping organizations solve marketing and business challenges. Chris has worked extensively with digital agencies, and has also pursued his entrepreneurial and philanthropic leanings – having led operations and delivery consulting for a nonprofit organization, and starting a consumer ecommerce business in the dot-com era. Chris works in a Strategy and Planning capacity with Fenning Marketing Group, and has also played similar roles with agencies including Answerthink, Dracos-Lemming, Interweb, Omnicom, Razorfish, SAI, and Think Interactive. Chris’s client experience spans consumer packaged goods, education, entertainment, nonprofit, real estate, retail, telecommunications, trade associations, and technology in both consumer and business-to-business capacities. Chris earned a Master of Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State.

Our senior staff and associates have at least ten years of experience in marketing, digital, and PR. We are “Do-ers”. We have all decided to forgo the large agency management experience to work directly on client business.
